This is a quick blog entry to call attention to the Columbus CEO Magazine Customer Service Awards. While I don’t think that applying for an award is going to make your customers happier or improve your bottom line, I do think that making customer satisfaction a priority will.
If customer service and satisfaction are already priorities, by all means, nominate your company and get the credit. People do pay attention to who is serving their customers well… and worse, who is NOT.
