Akio Seino

Director of Japanese Business Services

Some people are brave. Others, humble. Akio is both.

In fact, he’s humble, brave, and resilient—he has to be; he has raised 5 daughters. And if you think that’s as brave as he gets, well, you don’t know Akio. He once spent 18 days walking alone in the mountains of Japan. He was 14 at the time. Yes, fourteen. But we still think that his most impressive feat was coming to work with us.

He grew up in Tokyo, studied in Hawaii, and now he brings his cultural and business insights to our clients. He’s working on tax issues for industries ranging from Retail to Manufacturing—there are no problems he’ll walk away from, only problems he’ll solve.
