Kelly Noll may be self-described as “the opposite of dangerous or spontaneous,” but her accomplishments speak to a driven personality who has never shied away from a challenge. A high school valedictorian who earned her CFA charter at just 25 (when less than 10% of recipients were women in their twenties and still today, less than 20% of CFA charterholders are women), Kelly balances her role as a managing director at GBQ with marathon running and the organized chaos of raising five children. Her favorite part of the job remains helping management teams and business owners determine and improve the value of their businesses, a passion she has cultivated for nearly 20 years. Connecting people is Kelly’s superpower, and nothing excites her more than helping to solve a problem.
