Being patient isn’t always easy, Tara knows — or the most fun — but it’s always necessary. It’s a big part of what makes her a great accountant, and a great mom. She and her husband, a safety liaison for Ohio’s schools, are busy raising their three children, who of course never test her patience.
Tara loves feeling like she’s making a difference for her clients, and mentoring younger staff in their careers. It’s all about helping them have the right information, and taking the time, to make good decisions.
