The mission of our Diversity and Inclusion Initiative is to:

  • Nurture an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment within the firm.
  • Empower and support the professional and personal growth of under-represented groups within the firm.
  • Be a catalyst for change within the community by addressing issues surrounding diversity and inclusion.

Objectives:

  • Provide a series of internal trainings and continuously pursue education opportunities on topics surrounding diversity in the workplace.
  • Expand our recruiting efforts to better include typically underrepresented groups.
  • Partner with organizations that provide support for marginalized groups or pioneer diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Connect all of our associates to unique resources, mentorships and peer support groups that empower their professional and personal growth.
  • Implement policies that support an inclusive environment within our firm and the community.
