This presentation is designed for business owners considering a sale to their employees through an ESOP. Attendees will receive a concise overview of ESOPs and their advantages, while taking a deep-dive into the key elements of an ESOP feasibility study, including:

• Management succession/corporate governance with an ESOP
• Benefits to selling shareholders, management and employees
• Typical ESOP transaction structures, timelines and costs

Case studies of successful transitions to employee ownership through an ESOP will also be discussed.
