Thank you for your interest in our COVID-19: SBA PPP Loans – Forgiveness Updates, Myths and Additional Scrutiny webinar. Due to the overwhelming interest in this topic, our webinar has reached capacity. For your convenience, a recording will be made available on our webinar recording webpage following the presentation.

On April 23rd, in response to the initial disbursement of the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, the Treasury issued an additional Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document, which was subsequently updated on April 29th with additional guidance regarding the issue of private companies receiving PPP loans at the expense of smaller companies.

While the final guidance is not yet issued for the PPP loan debt forgiveness, there have been many FAQs and Interim Final Rules issued that have brought some issues into focus. You’re invited to join us as we provide continued guidance on PPP loan matters, including:

  • Forgiveness updates and expectations for final guidance
  • Myths regarding busting myths around the loan parameters, spending, forgiveness and interpretation of the information put out by the Treasury
  • Discussion of the increased scrutiny of the PPP loans and your responsibility and risk as a recipient
  • Recent IRS guidance regarding the ability to deduct forgiven expenses
  • Overview of the Main Street Lending Program

The business challenges are changing each day; you can count on GBQ to keep up.

This webinar qualifies for 1.0 hour of CPE.
