Demystifying The Valuator / Trustee Review Call

With increased DOL scrutiny and the issuance of numerous “process agreements,” valuation continues to be an area of increased focus for trustees. In this session, we will discuss the trustee’s review of the valuation report, including key areas of scrutiny and common questions asked by the trustee of the valuator. This session will provide insight for company management in their preparation of materials for their annual ESOP valuations and will highlight key discussion points and assumptions that should be addressed with the valuator.
