Webinar

With the roles and responsibilities that business owners are tasked with daily, it can be difficult to stay current with trends and changes in the administration of Ohio sales and use tax. Laws are modified, cases are decided and the Ohio Department of Taxation issues guidance accordingly. Meanwhile, taxpayers are required to interpret changes and guidance to remain in compliance. A variety of Ohio sales and use tax issues may result.

Join our State & Local Tax Services Directors Matt Stamp and Jeff Monsman as they discuss a multitude of sales and use tax-related matters, including:

  • Legislative updates and changes contained in the Ohio budget bill;
  • Administrative updates including the process for refunds, access to final determinations, and modifications to the audit process; and
  • Case law updates with current department applications and interpretations regarding software, business fixtures, and construction contracts.

This webinar qualifies for 1.0 hour of CPE based on Ohio CPE requirements.

Please note our webinar sessions can accommodate a maximum of 500 individuals. Should you experience difficulties accessing the live broadcast, it is likely due to reaching attendee capacity. For your convenience, a recording will be made available on our webinar recording webpage following the presentation.
