Change is constant within the restaurant industry, especially during a pandemic. We invite you to join GBQ’s Restaurant Services team for a panel discussion featuring industry veterans Justin “Juice” Schmidt with Schmidt Family Restaurant Group, Jean-Francois Flechet with Taste of Belgium and David Karam with Sbarro. Together, we will discuss what we’ve learned throughout this crisis, along with permanent changes and what is yet to come, as the restaurant industry continues to respond to COVID-19 implications.

In this one-hour session, we will focus on major impacts restaurant owners are facing as well as how to learn and adapt to the constant changes. Topics to be addressed include:
