Ohio law currently requires charitable organizations and groups that solicit contributions from Ohioans to file an annual report with the Attorney General’s office. It is becoming more imperative that charitable organizations stay in compliance with the ever-changing regulations. New York is increasing their accountability of non-profit organizations, which could lead Ohio to do the same.
