On October 1, 2016, Bruns Construction Enterprises (“Bruns”) of St. Henry, Ohio, completed a transaction that resulted in the company’s newly-formed Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) becoming the sole shareholder, thus making the company 100% employee owned. Bruns is a diversified contractor and construction company primarily serving the Ohio market.
