On June 30, 2016, Rapid-Line, Inc. (“Rapid-Line”) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, completed a transaction that resulted in the Rapid-Line, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (“ESOP”) becoming the sole shareholder, thus making the company 100% employee owned. Rapid-Line is an ISO-9001-certified provider of metal fabrication and innovative contract manufacturing services.
