A few weeks ago Congress passed, and President Trump signed into law, HR-1, more commonly referred to as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (“The Act”). The new tax law will have an immediate impact beginning with the 2018 tax year and will have an effect on every business and individual no matter how large or small.
