Ellen Bloch, CPA
Director, International Tax & Business Advisory Services
Prior to joining GBQ in 2017, Ellen spent four years at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and another seven with EY where she focused on transfer pricing.
Ellen is experienced in large international supply chain planning projects, working closely with business partners to design and implement new operating models. She has extensive financial modeling capabilities, including valuing and/or pricing exchanges involving subsidiaries, intellectual property, technology, trade names, tax attributes and services employing various analytical approaches.
Ellen has 12 years of broad tax experience in Ohio and has served clients across many industries including life sciences, consumer products, chemical and diversified industrial products. She works with clients to develop, analyze, and prepare transfer pricing planning, documentation, and audit defense strategies, including multiple bilateral APAs working with the IRS and foreign tax authorities.
During her time with EY, Ellen supported multiple companies with the implementation of new global transfer pricing policies and procedures to comply with BEPS documentation and CbCR requirements and assessed the potential impact of pending US tax reform changes.
Ellen is a member of the Leadership Columbus Class of 2016.
