GBQ is pleased to announce that Ellen Bloch, CPA, Director, International Tax & Business Advisory Services, has been named a Partner in the Firm.

Prior to joining GBQ, Ellen worked with multinational companies to develop, document and defend global transfer pricing policies and other international tax considerations at Ernst & Young. Additionally, she has worked extensively with clients in understanding and adopting the new global tax and transfer pricing requirements under the OECD BEPS initiative and US tax reform. Having served clients across many industries including life sciences, consumer products and chemical and industrial products, Ellen is also experienced in domestic and international supply chain planning projects, working closely with business and finance teams to design and implement new operating models and related tax planning opportunities.
