With its rapid growth throughout the past year, GBQ has outgrown their current space and will be relocating to 4030 Smith Road, Suite 400, Cincinnati, OH. The Columbus-based firm will take up to 11,000 square feet in Cornerstone at Norwood, a 250,000 square foot office building. The space will allow for up to 48 people with additional expansion options in the future.
The surrounding amenities were a strong draw to the area with Rookwood Pavilion, Rookwood Commons and Rookwood Exchange being within walking distance of the complex.
Design Collective Inc. (DCI) will design the space for GBQ. With tenant improvements already in process, the firm expects to take occupancy on August 14, 2017.
GBQ will host an open house in the near future and looks forward to welcoming our clients and friends of the firm.
