Lynn joins GBQ with more than 25 years of tax planning, preparation and consulting experience. Having served in various management roles, most recently as Tax Director at CliftonLarsonAllen, Lynn is uniquely positioned to empower growth of GBQ’s real estate practice. In addition to consulting on transactional tax matters, projections and structuring services for real estate investment and development companies, Lynn provides tax planning and compliance services to individuals, pass-through entities (partnerships and S Corporations), and clients within the construction industry. Lynn is exceptionally knowledgeable about complex income and loss allocations, waterfall structures, and mergers and acquisitions structuring for businesses.

Lynn’s membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants reflects her unwavering dedication to the accounting industry.
