A country girl at heart.

The youngest of three girls, Ashley has always kept her family close. As she strives to find that balance between healthy home life and successful career, she finds that her favorite part of the job is getting to help her clients, and develop associates internally — just as her family has always done for her.  

Her mantra? Have the confidence to know what you don’t know, and never be afraid to ask questions. That said, she’s also learned to (literally) not rock the boat: on a white water rafting trip with her sisters, she was the only one who managed to stay out of the rapids!
