In 2011, Maddy McIntyre traded her surfboard in San Diego, CA, for a softball bat in Columbus, OH – The Ohio State University, to be exact. Nominated as the first 3x captain in program history, Maddy empowered growth of Buckeye student-athletes on and off the field, serving as a development intern and later the director of student-athlete development upon graduation. After leading OSU fundraising initiatives and managing corporate partnerships, she joined former Buckeye, NBA and U.S. Olympic team member Michael Redd as Chief Operating Officer of Twenty Two Ventures, designed to provide early capital and financial backing for small businesses and startups.
Today, Maddy’s passion for people continues, now serving as Director at InnoSource, the area’s leading provider of outsourced recruiting and management solutions. One thing we know for certain? Whether Maddy is seeking adventure through surfing, softball or staffing, she serves as a great example for the next generation of leaders.
