In this role, Alex leads innovation and drives continuous improvement and process alignment across multiple client-facing practices. Alex focuses on KPIs, automation of back-office activities, and exploring new technologies to allow professionals to work more efficiently as the company grows. She also supports the integration of additional firm acquisitions in new geographies and service lines.
Alex joined GBQ in 2023 with over 10 years of experience with fast-growing startups and large health systems, including consulting across finance program management and business development. Alex’s involvement in the community through United Way of Central Ohio, Action for Children, the Ohio Society of CPAs and The Ohio State University Alumni Association reflects her unwavering dedication to the community and the industry.
