GBQ is proud to announce it has earned the recognition of being named a 2022 Best Places to Work by Cincinnati Business Courier. Since expanding to the region in 2016, GBQ has been recognized for its workplace culture, having also received this award in 2017-2020.
For 20 years, Cincinnati Business Courier has accepted nominations for the region’s awards program recognizing companies that prioritize the employee experience and rate high in workplace satisfaction. This year, 77 companies were identified through workplace satisfaction surveys administered independently by Quantum Workplace. Measured in key areas that make up an organization’s culture, including compensation and benefits, trust in senior leadership, and level of employee engagement, honoree companies were divided into five categories by size (10 to 24 employees, 25 to 49 employees, 50 to 99 employees, 100 to 199 employees, and 200 or more employees). Finalists were ranked by overall employee-satisfaction scores.
