Programs and Participation
- Participate in the OSCPA STRIVE Mentorship Program, designed to address the lack of diversity, inclusion and equity in the accounting profession
- Support the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA) by serving as regular speakers in Cincinnati, Columbus and Toledo
- wGBQ, a professional development and networking group, formed in 2005 to enhance the recruitment, retention and advancement of women within the firm through community events, mentorship and teambuilding initiatives
- Stonewall Columbus Pride Festival and Parade, Cincinnati Pride Parade and Toledo Pride Festival

- Formed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee in 2019
- Annual internal survey created to measure progress
- “YourView Live” conversations and quarterly “Real Deal” events to discuss topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
