GBQ is proud to announce that Jeff Harden, CPA, Director, Assurance & Business Advisory Services, is now a Partner at GBQ.

Jeff joined GBQ in 2015 with a wide range of industry expertise having served clients in the automotive, manufacturing, retail and software industries. Within the firm’s assurance practice he also assists construction, investment fund, nonprofit and real estate clients. In addition to financial statement audit services, Jeff specializes in internal control over financial reporting, including compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, PCAOB regulatory standards and the COSO framework. Jeff currently serves as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
