SECURE 2.0 Act: Did You Know?

On December 29, 2022, President Biden signed into law the SECURE 2.0 Act of 2022 as a part of the larger federal funding omnibus bill. This legislation is a meaningful step for the retirement security of all Americans to help improve individual’s ability to save for retirement, expand access to retirement plans, and ease plan administration for employers.
