Working from home is the new normal. As with most new things, we all have lessons to learn as we adapt to operating in remote environments. How do you manage the joyful sounds of children playing in the next room? How do you handle the barking dog while you are on the all-company conference call? And, yes, how do you secure yourself and your work environment now that hackers have shifted their attention to the work-from-home crowd?
Our team uses KnowBe4’s training and phishing platform to help clients meet security and compliance training requirements, as well as to measure employee susceptibility to phishing through self-directed phishing tests. KnowBe4 has provided GBQ with two tools to assist us in educating our clients during this “new normal” phase of working from home.
We’re pleased to provide Tips to Stay Safe Working From Home, a 10-point infographic provided by their subsidiary, Popcorn Training.
KnowBe4 is also providing a complimentary Kevin Mitnick Home Internet Security course to allow our team to protect you and your employees, with topics including:
- Introduction
- Passwords
- Online Banking Security
- Keeping Your Identity Safe
- Avoiding Malware
- Keeping Personal Information Confidential
- Protecting Children Online
- Securing Your Home Network
- Email & Attachments Safety
- Additional Resources
If you would like to use this service yourself or with your employees, please contact us for access to the course URL and password.
