GBQ is pleased to announce that Kristin Romaker, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager with the Assurance & Business Advisory Services department. Kristin is based in our Columbus, OH office.

Kristin joined GBQ in 2018 with 12 years of experience in public and private accounting. As an audit team leader of assurance engagements, she has serviced several industries, including restaurants, manufacturing and distribution, real estate and nonprofits. Kristin also serves as a member of the firm’s initiative for implementing ASC 842, Leases. Outside of financial statement services, her experience includes assurance services for internal control, including SOX and CCAR compliance and additional concentrations in ERISA and PCAOB audits.
Kristin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
