Chad joined GBQ in 2021, bringing more than 27 years of public accounting experience working with large family-owned and entrepreneurial business organizations and providing tax and consulting solutions to high-net-worth individuals and business owners in various industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and professional service organizations. With a particular focus on pass-through entity taxation and their owners, Chad has expertise in advanced tax solutions, including accounting method review and changes, tax credits and incentives, like-kind exchanges, and tax structuring related to mergers and acquisitions from buyer and seller perspectives.
Passionate about industry issues and emerging trends, Chad serves as a member of The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
