His background also showcases his two tenures as Chief Financial Officer within the metal fabrications and telecommunications sectors, with each company exceeding $100 million in revenues. He adeptly led high-performance teams in these capacities and championed innovation in business processes and internal controls.

Jamey’s extensive background encompasses private equity, venture capital, debt financing, restructuring, financial due diligence, data analytics, ERP design and implementation, governance, business valuations, and corporate finance, all of which have played a pivotal role in his successful career. His results-driven approach is evident in his oversight of financial and accounting functions, information technology, and risk and compliance, consistently contributing to the growth of the organizations he has served.
