Julie joined GBQ in 2023 and brings more than a decade of industry experience, specializing in estate, gift and trust taxation, as well as real estate taxation. Julie has guided clients through complex estate planning and analysis for family businesses, managed federal and state estate and fiduciary returns, and expertly handled federal and state gift returns, focusing on trust fundings and applicable Generation-Skipping Transfer (GST) tax. With a specialization extending to real estate taxation, Julie excels at assisting with property development project setup and costing, as well as 1031 exchanges for qualification, reporting and analysis.

With a comprehensive understanding of tax regulations and strategies, Julie has extensive experience preparing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns and providing accurate tax projections for various entities. Additionally, she is proficient in multi-state taxation and has successfully navigated the complexities of businesses’ needs.
