Ms. Noll is a Director in the valuation and financial opinion services department of GBQ Consulting LLC.

Her experience includes hundreds of valuation engagements involving businesses, business interests, and intangible assets of privately held and publicly-traded companies. These engagements have been performed for numerous purposes including estate and gift taxation, business succession planning, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment testing, mergers and acquisitions, ESOP valuations and consulting, buy-sell agreements, stock option grants, shareholder disputes, and other tax, litigation, and corporate-related matters.

Ms. Noll is a frequent author and speaker on topics related to valuation, buy-sell agreements, transactions, ESOPs, and other related topics. She also serves as the co-chair of the Association for Corporate Growth’s local Women in Transactions group and has been active in the group since being an inaugural committee member in 2016. Ms. Noll also serves on various local nonprofit committees.

Prior to joining GBQ, Ms. Noll was an Assistant Vice President at National City Bank, where she served as a commercial lending officer and underwriter, specializing in cash flow and asset based loans to national retailers.
