GBQ is proud to announce it has earned the recognition of being named a 2023 Best Places to Work by Cincinnati Business Courier. Since expanding to the region in 2016, GBQ has been recognized for its workplace culture, having also received this award in 2017-2020 and 2022.
For 21 years, Cincinnati Business Courier has accepted nominations for the region’s awards program, recognizing companies that prioritize the employee experience and rate high in workplace satisfaction surveys administered independently by Quantum Workplace. Measured in key areas that make up an organization’s culture, including compensation and benefits, trust in senior leadership, and level of employee engagement, honoree companies were divided into five categories by size (10 to 24 employees, 25 to 49 employees, 50 to 99 employees, 100 to 199 employees, and 200 or more employees). Several hundred professionals from 74 finalist companies attended the “pep rally” at TQL Stadium in the West End where finalists were ranked by overall employee satisfaction scores.
