GBQ is pleased to announce that Casey Grisez has been promoted to Manager, Valuation & Business Advisory Services. Casey is based in our Columbus, OH office.
Since joining GBQ in 2016, Casey has contributed to over 100 valuation assignments for the purposes of Employee Stock Ownership Plans, estate and gift taxation, purchase price allocation in accordance with ASC 805, goodwill impairment testing in accordance with ASC 350, litigation support, fairness opinions and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to business valuations, he provides ESOP feasibility and other business and transaction advisory services. Casey’s experience also includes business appraisals of entities in a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, retail and technology.
Casey is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and serves as a board member for the Columbus Chapter of ACG Emerging Leaders. Additionally, he is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Columbus and The ESOP Association.
