GBQ is pleased to announce that Beth Mast, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager, Human Resources. Beth is based in our Columbus, OH office.
“Beth has held a number of roles during her tenure at GBQ, and she has excelled in all of them. The sum of these experiences has given her a unique perspective on the firm’s culture, and strong relationships with our associates. Beth is well-deserving of this promotion and we are excited that she will lead our Human Resources team into the future,” stated Managing Director Darci Congrove.
Beth joined GBQ’s Tax department in 2010 and transitioned her career in 2016 to join the firm’s Human Resources team, focusing her efforts on learning and development, continuing professional education, performance management and recruiting. Beth is a two-time recipient of GBQ’s Ron Quillin Learning Award, recognizing her dedication to lifelong learning and her service as a mentor and teacher to others within the firm. Additionally, she is involved in the community through her service as Vice President of Finance for the Central Ohio Association for Talent Development, a professional association of individuals dedicated to workplace learning and performance.
