GBQ is pleased to announce that Michael Schultz, CPA, has been promoted to Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services. Michael is based in our Columbus, OH office.
“Michael has helped GBQ raise its game by bringing a high quality buy- and sell-side diligence work product to the transaction advisory team. In addition, as an ex-college hockey player, Mike brings a level of toughness and thick skin that serves him well in this line of work,” stated GBQ Senior Director Wade Kozich.
Michael joined GBQ in 2019 with experience and primary responsibilities including buy- and sell-side due diligence and quality of earnings engagements related to stock and asset acquisitions of privately held companies within various industries such as manufacturing and distribution, restaurants and business services. His experience also includes performing attest services and business valuation engagements.
Michael is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
