Business Valuation Resources (BVR) recently announced the publication of its sixth edition of The Comprehensive Guide to Economic Damages, featuring 49 chapters drawing on the expertise of nearly 70 financial experts and attorneys, including Rebekah Smith, Director of Forensic & Dispute Advisory Services at GBQ.

Combining experts’ knowledge of damages calculations and methods with legal and case analysis, including 300 court case digests, make this Guide the most comprehensive body of knowledge relating to economic damages. A two-volume series, this expanded publication reveals insight about financial evidence and solutions to gather, interpret, and tell its story in a lawsuit or litigation matter. New chapters also address theft of trade secrets, apportionment, and damages in cases involving rights of publicity and franchises.
